OneMod Software Agreement & Policies

1.1 Scope of Use

OneMod is a software tool designed for enhancing single-player offline games only. The use of OneMod with multiplayer or online games is strictly prohibited. OneMod works by modifying temporary memory (RAM) only — it does not modify game files or bypass any Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems.

1.2 Independent Development

OneMod is developed and maintained by an independent solo developer. The developer reserves the absolute right to change, suspend, or terminate the OneMod project (including all Premium features) at any time, at the developer's sole discretion, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate or refund users.

1.3 Account Enforcement

We reserve the right to ban or suspend your account immediately if our systems detect violations of these terms, including but not limited to: using OneMod with online games, or attempting to share a Premium account with others across multiple devices (monitored via HWID and IP Address tracking).

1.4 Disclaimer of Liability

All services and software are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk. The developer shall not be held liable for any damages to hardware, data loss, or game account bans imposed by game developers or publishers resulting from the use of OneMod.

2.1 Personal Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, username, Discord ID (if linked via OAuth).
• Device Identifiers: Hardware ID (HWID), device fingerprint, IP address — used for anti-fraud and anti-account-sharing measures.
• Usage Data: Login history, application usage statistics, download logs.
• Payment Information: Processed by Opn Payments (Omise). We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain transaction IDs and payment status for record-keeping.

2.2 Purpose of Data Processing

• User authentication and account management.
• Anti-fraud and anti-account-sharing enforcement via HWID and IP tracking.
• Service improvement and analytics.
• Payment processing and subscription management.
• Communication regarding service updates and security alerts.

2.3 Third-Party Disclosure

We may share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate OneMod:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare — CDN, security, and file storage (R2).
• Google — Analytics and performance monitoring.
• Opn Payments (Omise) — Payment processing.

2.4 Data Subject Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent for data processing, and request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact the developer directly.

3.1 Necessary Cookies

Required for basic site functionality. Includes authentication cookies from Supabase and security cookies from Cloudflare. These cannot be disabled as the site would not function properly without them.

3.2 Analytical / Performance Cookies

Used to collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website and improve the user experience. These cookies track page views, session duration, and similar metrics.

3.3 Functionality Cookies

Used to remember your preferences such as language selection and theme settings. These cookies enhance your experience but are not strictly required.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. For more information, refer to your browser's documentation on managing cookies.

4.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Premium subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued.

4.2 Free Tier Recommendation

We strongly recommend using the free tier to evaluate our service before making a purchase. The free tier provides access to basic trainers, allowing you to assess the quality and compatibility of OneMod with your system and games.

4.3 Nature of Premium

Premium subscription is a support donation to the developer and grants access to premium features for the duration of the subscription period. It is not a perpetual license. Access to premium features ends when the subscription expires.

4.4 Banned Accounts

Accounts that are banned for violating the Terms of Service will not receive refunds. It is the user's responsibility to use the service in accordance with the terms.

5.1 OneMod Is Safe

OneMod is 100% safe to use. However, some antivirus software may flag OneMod as a potential threat. These are false positives and occur for the following reasons:

5.2 Why False Positives Occur

• Memory Read/Write Behavior: OneMod reads and writes to process memory to apply game modifications. This behavior pattern is similar to what some malware does, which triggers heuristic-based antivirus detections.
• Unsigned Executable: As an indie developer project, OneMod executables are not signed with an Extended Validation (EV) code signing certificate. Unsigned applications are commonly flagged by antivirus software.

5.3 Recommended Solution

Add the OneMod installation folder to your antivirus software's exclusion list. This will prevent false positive detections while keeping your system protected.
